SwimMS 2014

I have committed to attempt a 12 hour long ocean swim with the goal of raising money for the BC branch of the MS Society.  Currently, my goal is to swim from 7am until 7pm along the Kitsilano Beach bouys.   The MS Society Canada is partnering with me, to see that I achieve my goals.  Along with providing support and guidance, they will be with me at the beach; raising awareness, educating, and receiving funds.

Half Way Mini Swim 6 hours

On February 14th 2014, I swam for 6 hours at Ron Andrews Pool in North Vancouver.  I took one short break after three hours.  My total mileage was just over 20 kilometers.  I would like to thank Ron Andrews Pool staff for giving me the opportunity to achieve that very important step in my training!
